Product and delivery time 5 star ! Packaging dire, if the tumblers hadn't been so well bubble wrapped in the boxes, they would have shattered.
I ordered 2 lots, the first lot arrived in a box that was slightly bashed but was soaked with diesel. The courier photographed it & asked if I wanted to return it so I pulled some of the packaging back ( far too easily) and saw the bubble wrap so I accepted it - glasses were fine.
2nd delivery, the box was only just hanging together with tape that said fragile in big letters !!! Same process and the glasses are fine but it doesn't promote confidence when it looks totally crushed when it arrives.
