Spanish Flamenco Dancer and Oriental Girl - Chinese Dolls

This traditional Chinese doll two-set features a Spanish Flamenco dancer and Oriental girl in traditional dress.

The dancer is dressed in an orange and red ruffled dress with a black lace tasselled shawl draped over her arms and has a lace fan in her right hand. Her hair is styled in feminine plait-bun with a red rose secured at the top of it. Graceful with her red material choker necklace delicately filling the slight V-cut in her dress, the bailaora (Flamenco dancer) can easily be positioned into dance positions. (Perfect for choreograph-lovers!)

The Oriental / Geisha girl is dressed in a traditional dark turquoise trouser and formal top set. The top has a band collar and a rounded gold panel trimmed with pink and bright turquoise. It has 2 red, toggle-like enclosures on the top right-hand side of the top, matching the trip on the bottom of the trouser legs. She wears pink shoes with bow-tassels. There is fantastic attention to detail with her hair: her face is framed by a fringe and 2 plaits. There are another 2 plaits that are twisted into pretty rose buns; the back is cut to chin-length.

Note - all Geisha girls have a pink tasselled shoes, some have the Geisha shoe blocks as well. Dolls are picked at random.
